A team-building day for IDEC’s teams

On 18 December 2025, the Synerg-in agency supported IDEC in organising a corporate event focused on team building at the Maison du Lez. The day provided an opportunity for staff to come together, exchange ideas and strengthen bonds within the group.

IDEC, a recognised player in the logistics, industrial and commercial property sectors, chose this occasion to foster sharing and cooperation among its teams, combining professional expertise with collective dynamism.

The programme featured collaborative work sessions and team-building activities throughout the day, creating an environment that was both stimulating and friendly. Participants were thus able to develop communication, collaboration and cohesion within their teams.

The day concluded with a convivial gathering over a buffet, allowing discussions to continue in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, symbolic of the collective dynamic fostered by IDEC.
