First blood drive organized with Synerg In

On June 14, 2025, on World Blood Donor Day, the French Blood Establishment (EFS) wanted to organize a blood drive in partnership with Synerg In. The goal was to mobilize local communities and facilitate access to donation in a structured and welcoming setting.

An organization designed for efficiency

For this first collection, the approach was pragmatic and operational:

• Layout of routes to ensure smooth flow of participants
• Logistical coordination with EFS teams and local stakeholders
• Upstream communication to raise awareness and mobilize the community

Every detail has been anticipated to ensure a safe, smooth, and efficient event, while highlighting the commitment of the participants.

Tangible results

Mobilization was strong:

• 143 donors mobilized
• 127 donations made
• 18 new donors

These results show that solidarity initiatives can be integrated into everyday life, and that with the right organization, they can have a concrete and measurable impact.

A useful and replicable event

This collection illustrates how Synerg In supports institutions and partners in designing and implementing effective civic initiatives. By combining coordination, logistics, and targeted communication, it is possible to create events that have a tangible impact on the region and communities.
