THE CONTEXT: A COOPERATIVE MODEL THAT NEEDED A COMMUNICATION STRATEGY TO MATCH ITS AMBITIONS
La CleF is a cooperative society of collective interest (SCIC) founded by real estate professionals in Montpellier, specialising in solidarity-based real estate and regional revitalisation. It develops mixed-use, accessible, and sustainable real estate projects in close collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders.
Innovative, committed, and deeply rooted in its territory, La CleF faced a communication challenge that many purpose-driven organisations encounter: how do you make a complex, technical, and often misunderstood model both credible and accessible — to public partners, citizen investors, and project leaders alike?
To support its development, La CleF needed:
- A visual identity that conveys the strength of its cooperative model, its regional roots, and its human dimension.
- A website serving as an educational and strategic tool, capable of making the cooperative real estate model easy to understand.
