THE CONTEXT: A CERTIFIED COACH WHO NEEDED A DIGITAL PRESENCE TO LAUNCH HER PRACTICE

Trained at the Institut International de Coaching in Geneva and certified in January 2024, Fanny Dollé supports women between 30 and 60 in their emotional fulfilment and self-affirmation within relationships.

To launch and grow her practice, she needed a website that could:

  • Clearly present her positioning: a precise target audience, a strong promise, and a structured methodology.
  • Inspire trust among an audience sensitive to authenticity and genuine care.
  • Convert visitors into enquiries through a free introductory discovery session.
  • Streamline online booking and payment to simplify the client journey from start to finish.

Every section of the site was crafted to naturally guide visitors towards making contact:

  • A structured homepage: clearly identified target audience, affirmed promise, explained methodology, client testimonials, and detailed offer.
  • A free introductory session prominently featured as a no-commitment first step, to remove hesitation and encourage action.
  • Clear and recurring calls-to-action throughout the page to maximise conversions.

3. ONLINE BOOKING AND PAYMENT INTEGRATION

To streamline the client journey end-to-end, we integrated:

  • An online booking system allowing clients to schedule appointments directly from the site, with no email exchange required.
  • A Stripe integration for secure payment of the 3-month coaching package, directly from the website.

4. A CLEAR AND REASSURING PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER

Fanny’s offer is built around a structured 3-month package. We worked on the presentation to make it both transparent and compelling:

  • Detailed breakdown of the free introductory session: introduction, needs assessment, methodology overview, and goal-setting.
