La CleF — Branding & 360° Communication for a Social Real Estate Cooperative
Project Overview
La CleF is a social real estate cooperative dedicated to revitalising local territories through innovative and inclusive property initiatives.
To support its development and visibility, Synerg-In was commissioned to design a complete brand identity and communication ecosystem, capable of translating the cooperative’s mission while engaging a wide range of stakeholders.
The objective was to create a brand that feels accessible, credible and community-driven, while standing apart from traditional real estate communication.
Branding & Visual Identity
The branding for La CleF was designed to reflect the cooperative’s values of collaboration, accessibility and territorial commitment.
The visual identity combines:

a symbolic logo representing access, cooperation and stability

a warm and solar colour palette inspired by Mediterranean landscapes
-
a balanced typographic system mixing a neo-retro headline typeface with a highly readable body font
This identity ensures clarity, warmth and professionalism, while remaining adaptable across all communication formats.
UX/UI & Digital Experience
The brand was extended into a UX/UI-driven digital environment, through the creation of a coherent design system designed to simplify the understanding of La CleF’s cooperative model.
The digital approach focuses on:

The goal: make a complex real estate model easy to understand and engage with.
Social Media Strategy & Community Building
To strengthen La CleF’s online presence, a social media strategy was implemented, including:

creation of Instagram and LinkedIn accounts

definition of a content strategy aligned with the brand positioning

implementation of community management
This strategy helps build visibility, credibility and a growing engaged community around the cooperative’s initiatives.
Print Communication & Field Visibility
Beyond digital communication, several print materials were designed to support La CleF’s presence during events and on-site initiatives:

These tools reinforce brand recognition and local credibility.
Video Production
A presentation video was also produced as part of a project conducted with Caisse d’Épargne, supporting La CleF’s participation in an innovation award.
The video highlights the social impact, values and professionalism of the cooperative and serves as a powerful communication asset for both social media and official presentations.

Through this collaboration, La CleF now benefits from a clear, coherent and recognisable brand ecosystem, supporting its mission to develop alternative and socially responsible real estate models.
