The Project
Brion Bellof is an international Executive Search firm operating within the highly demanding worlds of finance and luxury.
Its founder, Marina Baillon, stands behind a strong conviction: recruitment does not only shape performance — it builds reputation.
Our mission was to translate this vision into a clear, distinctive and enduring brand identity, and then deploy it through a coherent digital experience.
Building an Identity Aligned with the Positioning
Before designing the website, we established the brand foundations.
The challenge was to embody two complementary dimensions:
the institutional rigor required to engage with investment funds, and the elegance expected in the luxury sector.
The logotype was designed within this controlled tension. Clean, balanced and timeless, it conveys authority without excess. It avoids trends in favor of durability.
Around this signature, we developed a comprehensive visual system: a refined and premium color palette, structured typography, and a clear visual hierarchy. The objective was not purely aesthetic. It was about creating a reassuring and credible framework that reinforces trust.
Translating the Brand into a Digital Experience
Once the identity framework was defined, we extended it into the digital environment.
The art direction is built on a simple principle: structured minimalism.
Spacing, contrast and visual rhythm were carefully crafted to reflect the firm’s level of precision and high standards.
The design avoids the coldness often associated with corporate websites. Instead, it establishes presence while allowing space for message and leadership positioning.
Clarifying the Offer, Reinforcing Credibility
UX played a central role in the project.
The objective was to clearly articulate the firm’s two areas of expertise — Executive Search and Corporate Leadership — without overcomplicating the user journey.
The site architecture naturally guides visitors. Navigation is fluid and direct, designed for decision‑makers seeking clarity and efficiency.
The hero section was conceived as a strong entry point. The integration of a video immediately sets the tone: precision, influence and authority.
The Outcome
Brion Bellof now benefits from a strong and cohesive identity aligned with its positioning.
The brand asserts its presence.
