Women’s Days 2025: two days to celebrate female talent

On March 15 and 16, 2025, Synerg In organized the first edition of Women’s Days, a multidisciplinary and socially conscious event dedicated to promoting women’s initiatives and talents. The goal was to create an accessible, inspiring, and practical event combining creativity, well-being, and local entrepreneurship. 

An event promoting empowerment

Over two days, the public had the opportunity to discover:

• Exhibitions and sales of handmade crafts, fashion, and vintage items
• Wellness areas offering yoga, relaxation, and gentle practices
• Workshops, talks, and training sessions on entrepreneurship and personal development
• A music stage and entertainment to liven up the days

Women’s Days has thus helped to highlight local women’s initiatives, while promoting meetings, exchanges, and the creation of synergies between project leaders. 

Concrete and visible levers

The event offered increased visibility to female creators and associations, while providing visitors with a structured and meaningful experience. It served as a concrete tool for promoting talent, supporting female entrepreneurship, and generating meaningful interactions between projects and the public.

Held in outdoor spaces and inside the Maison du Lez, Women’s Days successfully combined creativity, commitment, and sharing, creating an inspiring event for anyone wishing to discover, support, and celebrate local women’s initiatives.
