 The Intersection of Recruitment, Storytelling, and Design 

In the competitive worlds of finance and luxury, brand image is just as critical as performance. It was this conviction that led Brion Bellof, an independent international executive search firm, to entrust our studio with a global mission: shaping its visual identity and deploying its digital storefront. 

The Objective? To create a powerful brand and a web ecosystem that lives up to their promise: recruiting the leaders of tomorrow while safeguarding corporate reputations. Here is a look back at this cross-functional project, from logo creation to WordPress integration, enhanced by custom-built media features.

The Context: A “Reputation-Centric” Vision of Recruitment 

Founded by Marina Baillon (a former M&A auditor at PwC and experienced executive headhunter), Brion Bellof stands out through a hybrid approach blending Executive Search and Storytelling. 

According to the founder, “Talent creates a company’s performance, but above all, its reputation.” Therefore, the graphic identity needed to support both pillars of the BB Group: 

  • Executive Search: C-level recruitment for investment banks and luxury houses. 
  • Corporate Leadership: Coaching and media training. 

Our Challenge: Translate this excellence into timeless branding and an immersive web interface. 

Visual Identity & Branding: The Genesis 

Before diving into web design, we defined the brand’s graphic DNA—a crucial step to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. 

Logo Design and Color Palette 

We designed a logo that embodies both institutional solidity (essential for engaging with investment funds) and the elegance of the luxury sector. 

  • Logotype: A sleek, authoritative design created for readability across all platforms (responsive logo). 
  • Color Palette: Understated, premium tones that inspire trust and prestige. 

Comprehensive Brand Guidelines 

A full set of brand guidelines was delivered, defining typography, grids, spacing, and iconography. This solid foundation allowed for a seamless transition into the digital phase. 

Web Design (UI/UX): From Prototyping to User Experience 

Building on this new identity, we moved to the web interface design using Figma. 

Concept and Prototyping 

Under the art direction of our designer, Gino, the brand guidelines were adapted for the web to create a corporate, modern, and distinctive universe. 

  • Creation of high-fidelity mockups integrating the new branding. 
  • UX focus on clarifying the dual offering between Executive Search and Corporate Leadership.

Visual Content Creation 

To energize the often-static feel of institutional sites, we produced a custom video for the Hero section. It captures attention the moment the site loads and immediately establishes the brand’s atmosphere.

Technical Development and Integration 

Transforming mockups into a high-performance website required advanced technical expertise. 

  • Custom WordPress Integration: No pre-made themes. The site was custom-developed to respect the brand guidelines down to the last pixel. 
  • Responsiveness & Performance: Optimized loading speeds and mobile display to guarantee a smooth experience, particularly for busy executives on the move. 

Custom “Podcast Player” Plugin Development 

To strengthen Brion Bellof’s storytelling and thought leadership strategy, we developed a dedicated WordPress plugin for podcast broadcasting, powered by existing YouTube videos. 

This component offers a dual experience: 

  • Persistent Audio Player: Located in the footer, allowing visitors to listen to episodes while browsing the site. 
  • Dedicated “Podcast” Section: Automatically displays a playlist of the latest episodes, synchronized with the YouTube channel. 

Agile Project Management 

Distance was never a barrier to co-creation. The project was paced by regular video conferences, allowing for rapid iterations. From logo validation to the site launch, this digital proximity ensured a final product perfectly aligned with Marina Baillon’s expectations.
